The borders of the city, which is 71 km away from Aydın, cover the coastal plain in the east and southeast of Kuşadası Bay and the low plateau behind it. It is surrounded by mountains to the east and south. The district, which takes its name from the Pigeon Island in front of it, is one of the important and developed centers of Turkey in terms of tourism. Kuşadası is bordered by Selçuk and Pamucak in the north and the Dilek peninsula in the south; It is located at the center of important touristic centers such as Ephesus, Virgin Mary, Miletus, Didim, Pamukkale, Marmaris and Bodrum. With its marina, numerous beaches, hotels, motels, camping, holiday villages and entertainment venues, it offers a very lively and colorful life, especially in the summer months. In the district, Çıban (Yavansu), Venus, Güzelçamlı and Davutlar hot springs, Aslanlı and Zeus caves, Dilek Peninsula National Park and the bays and drinking springs within the park; It hosts local and foreign tourists in spring, summer and autumn. If you want to explore the Dilek peninsula from the sea, you will come across Tavşan Island, Water Island and Sandal Island.
